Service agreement terms Exclusions and minimum terms apply to comprehensive contracts.
Contract offers do not cover misuse, abuse, vandalism or other items not directly associated with the automatic door operator and its associated movement and safety sensors.
Silver and Gold comprehensive contracts have a minimum term of three years.
Under the comprehensive range of service, where in our opinion a unit is uneconomical to repair, we reserve the right to upgrade the automatic door mechanism, at our expense, with a unit best suited to the application. This clause does not cover equipment obsolescence.
